Warranty *

For the entire lifetime of the product to the original owner, Custom Brackets will repair or replace free of charge, any defect in material or workmanship. Warranty does not cover repairs or replacement due to customer abuse, negligence, impact or any modifications made by the customer, of which the customer will be notified of any charges for the repair or replacement.  Warranty service is available by returning the product to Custom Brackets, shipping charges are not covered.  All returns must include a return authorization (RMA) number (contact Custom Brackets to obtain), letter explaining the problem, and a copy of the sales receipt.

* Warranty Exclusions:  Camera or Flash Screws, All Fasteners, Camera or Flash Anti-twist, Foam Grips & Cork Strips are not covered.

A warranty is honored as long as the product and/or replacement parts are available. When a product has become discontinued the warranty is no longer valid.
